Michigan had a big, come from behind win tonight 69-64. Michigan was down 38-30 at half time, but had a nice rally in the second half and held on to win. Jessica Minnfield led the way with 19 pts, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Carly Benson added 16 points and 7 rebounds while Ta'Shia Walker had 10 points & Krista Phillips 11.
In a turn about of sorts, Michigan won (in part) because they only gave up 12 turnovers while Ohio had 27. On the flip side, the Wolverines were badly outrebounded by a smaller team 40-20.
All in all an exciting game and Michigan winds up the non-conference with a 7-3 record.
