ALLENDALE -- The wait to become the next women's basketball coach at Grand Valley State proved too long for Mike Williams.
Williams, who served the past five seasons at Grand Valley State as associate coach to Dawn Plitzuweit, has decided to join Plitzuweit on the new coaching staff at the University of Michigan as its top assistant.
