Samantha Arnold (class of 2009) commits to Michigan

I first saw this posted on umgoblue.com's women's basketball forum - hat tip to mzonefan and window4. I can't connect right now, so no link - when it comes back up, I'll update the post. Anyway, from the Chicago Tribune:

Samantha Arnold, a 6-foot 3-inch junior from Lake Park, gave an oral commitment to Michigan coach Kevin Borseth Tuesday.

Arnold, who plays AAU basketball for the Chicago Hoops Express, is considered an excellent outside shooter. As a sophomore at Lake Park, she averaged 18.6 points and 6.6 rebounds a game. She shoots 79 percent from the foul line.
