Michigan will open the Big Ten women's basketball schedule with momentum this weekend after earning two signature victories during the nonconference portion of its schedule.
The Wolverines (6-4) will host Cincinnati on Friday to complete their nonconference games before traveling to face No. 18 Ohio State (7-2) on Sunday (Big Ten Network, 2 p.m.).
Michigan had two big home victories, 50-42 on Nov. 23 against No. 13 Vanderbilt and 63-59 in overtime over No. 8 Notre Dame a week ago.
