Alex Guyton commits to Purdue

One time 2008 verbal Alex Guyton has committed to Purdue. (Hat tip to mzonefan on umgoblue.com). Best of luck to her (save maybe when she's playing Michigan). While I had hoped she might be convinced to attend U of M, it is understandable she decided to look elsewhere given the coaching change.

Attendance in the Big Ten

The Big Ten is second overall in women's basketball attendance, behind perennial leader the Big 12. Of course, Michigan's numbers aren't very good - let's hope they have some success (and higher attendance) with Kevin Borseth in charge.
